Wholesale program overview

Newstreet offers a wholesale program exclusively for qualified business customers. This wholesale program is separate from our retail store and does not apply to standard consumer purchases made through our website.

Retail customers shopping on newstreet.online are subject to our standard Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility for wholesale accounts

To be eligible for a wholesale account, applicants must operate:

A registered physical retail store, or
A legitimate online business with an established presence

All wholesale applications are reviewed to confirm business legitimacy. Newstreet reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its sole discretion.

Wholesale orders & pricing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale accounts
All prices are listed in GBP
Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with retail discount codes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing
Promotional retail pricing does not apply to wholesale orders

Payment terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Invoices may be provided upon request. Accepted payment methods are listed in our Billing Terms & Conditions.

Shipping & fulfilment (wholesale only)

Wholesale orders are shipped from our fulfilment facilities in the United Kingdom.

Handling time: 1–2 business days (unless otherwise communicated)
Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the wholesale customer
Free shipping may be offered on select wholesale orders at Newstreet's discretion

Bulk & B2B orders

Newstreet accepts bulk orders for approved B2B and wholesale customers. Terms for large-volume orders may be governed by separate agreements.

Returns & damaged items (wholesale)

Wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

All items are inspected prior to shipment
Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery
