Replacement products

If you are eligible for a replacement, Newstreet will provide an identical product or a product of comparable value. If the original item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement, repair, or a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Any replacement or repaired product is covered under the same conditions as the original purchase.

Warranty coverage

Newstreet offers a ten-year limited warranty on products sold through our store, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Making a claim

Warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us by email or phone with your order number and clear photographs of the fault, and we will confirm the next steps.

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
